Information we collect

When you contact us for lap-top re-pair, upgrade, sales or maintenance, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address and details of the device you hand over to us — including brand, model and serial number.

If you reach us through WhatsApp or a phone call, we retain the conversation and job details needed to service your request and honour warranty claims.

How we use your information

Your information is used only to diagnose and complete the re-pair, provide estimates, arrange pickup, drop or doorstep visits, issue invoices, honour warranty and send service reminders you have asked for.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.

Your data on your device

Our engineers access your device's storage only where it is technically necessary for the re-pair — for example data backup, OS installation or data recovery you have explicitly requested.

We recommend you back up important files before handing the device over. Any copies we create for a requested backup are deleted once you confirm the data has been restored.

Data sharing

We share limited information with logistics partners for pickup and drop, and with component suppliers or manufacturers where a warranty claim requires it. These parties receive only what is needed for that task.

We may disclose information where required by applicable Indian law or a valid legal request.

Data retention and security

Job records and invoices are retained for as long as required for warranty and statutory accounting purposes, then securely deleted.

We apply reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect the information in our custody. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
